I’ve noticed that hatred against Jews and hatred against Diaspora Indians are just two flavors of the same bullshit.

Which is why it doesn’t surprise me that somebody who’s made racist jokes about Indians being “the money behind everything in South Africa” in his standup would make the similar jokes about Jews in the United States.

I know I post a lot about antisemitism, but the thing is, although I’m certainly outraged by it, I typically expect it and at least feel prepared for it. 

But because I don’t experience it as much due to looking very Jewish, when people do let anti-Desi racism slip in front of me, I LOSE MY FUCKING SHIT. 

Trevor Noah’s anti-Indian “comedy” is disgusting and I am so fucking done with Comedy Central for picking this guy over a million qualified WoC.

And no, Trevor, “My indian manager said it was OK” doesn’t make your so-called humour any less offensive.
